Net-new pipeline for Archimetis across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia

Prepared forCharles Crowell, Head of Business Development, Archimetis
Prepared byYuri Bhanage, NO BS Asia
DateOctober 2026

A twelve-month program to open $6.2M of net-new pipeline for Archimetis across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia pair heavy process plants with high-tech pharma manufacturing. Singapore has Jurong Island (100+ companies), Tuas Biomedical Park (GSK, Pfizer, MSD, Novartis, AbbVie) and Asia Pacific HQs such as ExxonMobil's downstream and chemicals business and BASF. Malaysia has Pengerang's 300k barrel refinery and 7.7 Mtpa petrochemical complex. Indonesia has the upgraded Balikpapan refinery and Kalbe Farma, Southeast Asia's largest listed pharma company.

Decisions here are made top down. They run through the regional HQs of global companies and the home HQs of large local ones, such as Petronas, Pertamina and Kalbe. They need plant leaders and digital leaders to agree. The way in is relationships, not cold outreach.

NO BS is led by Yuri Bhanage, a chemical engineer with a track record of enterprise selling at Eastman Chemical (with Charles) and at tech startups, including the AI offerings of ByteDance, Lucror and Gimmefy. We kickstart the pipeline for Archimetis in the region through meetings with your specific ICPs, pitching and deal making. We're your boots on the ground.

The program at a glance

What you get

Target list. Named plant, operations and digital leaders at 1,001+ employee chemicals, refining, mining and pharma companies.

The access. Our own senior events, plus meetings timed to the region's big industry events.

Meetings. Qualified 1-on-1s, tracked by name and stage in your CRM.

Reporting. A live dashboard, plus weekly progress meetings.

Why it works

Peer voice. A chemical engineer and ex-Eastman operator reaches out, not a vendor.

The model. Give before you take: senior peers, real operating problems, no demo.

Validated. Proven with senior enterprise and technology leaders across the region, see the proof.

Conversion. 70% of participants to 1-on-1s; 40% of those to CRM opportunities.

Events. Seven events from Oct 2026 to Sep 2027 anchor the outreach.

Why it's low risk

Cost. Approximately $8K per month for twelve months.

Pilot first. The ask is a one-month, $40k pilot, not a full contract.

Payback. Three pilots and two conversions are worth about $920k, 9.6× the $96k fee.

Transparent. Every name, stage and week visible.

Recommended next step: a working session with the NO BS team to shape the program around Archimetis's priority plants, target accounts and the first events. Email us at yuri@nobs.asia to set up a meeting.

Archimetis has the platform. The growth is with the leaders who decide.

An operational reasoning system touches live plant data. That is a trust decision, made by the plant leader and the digital lead together, usually after a peer vouches for it.

Process-software and automation incumbents like AspenTech, AVEVA, Honeywell and Yokogawa are already inside these plants. Archimetis has to earn trust as the new name.

Why are these rooms hard to reach?

Everyone has been pitched AI

Plant leaders get AI emails, webinars and demo requests weekly. Your own SOCMA takeaway says it: everyone wants to digitize, nobody knows where to start. Another cold sequence adds noise.

Trust comes before the demo

Data security and plant safety come first. A read-only system helps, but only once someone credible has opened the door.

Southeast Asia is a different circuit

You work SOCMA, AFPM and eChem Expo. The leaders here sit in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta, and meet at a different set of events. Covering three markets takes local time and local networks.

Plant decisions are made by people cold outreach rarely reaches. Getting to them across three markets is what we do, alongside Archimetis.

Give before you take.

Behind every industrial technology deal that closes in this region is a peer-to-peer relationship. You can't build one by making asks. Offer something of value first.

1

Spearfish in a small elite pond, not hit-and-hope

Decisions in APAC are top heavy. A dozen of the right plant leaders at one table beats a thousand badge scans.

2

Reach out like a peer

A real message from a chemical engineer who has worked in the industry. Not InMail, not AI-slop emails, definitely not cold calls.

3

Use the region's events to multiply impact

Big events pull senior people into one city. We line up meetings and host our own sessions around them: Asian Downstream Summit in Singapore (28-29 Oct 2026), Chemical Indonesia in Jakarta (27-29 Jul 2027), Oil & Gas Asia in Kuala Lumpur (7-9 Sep 2027).

4

Offer something they want

A real conversation on a real operating tradeoff: throughput against asset health, energy against quality. Not whitepapers, webinars or demos.

5

Share a point of view

Archimetis's own: stable isn't optimal. A refinery that was already running fine had 4.5% more capacity in it. Stories and numbers, no slide decks.

6

Earn the 1-on-1, then the pilot

Credibility first. The follow-up is the one-week proof of concept, then a one-month pilot, because they already trust the point of view.

→
The ask doesn't feel heavy. People agree to a follow-up because they respect the point of view and want to keep talking.

This isn't theoretical. We convene the exact senior people, then convert them.

We have already sold AI-powered solutions on behalf of ByteDance, Lucror and Gimmefy, so we understand the space. Our playbook is seat-agnostic: convene the senior people you need to reach, then convert. Here it is working across clients, industries and geographies, including with founders and CTOs on a technical product. It is the same motion we would run for Archimetis with plant and digital leaders.

Proof point

Future of creator marketing lunch in Singapore

Who we did it for: Serious Fluence, a creator-marketing company. We co-hosted the lunch with their CEO, Prem, on the future of creator marketing. See the post on LinkedIn ↗

The ICP in the room: senior leaders (director and above) from named target companies. The mechanic, convene the exact seat you need, then convert, is identical whatever the title on the badge.

Why it maps to Archimetis: same motion, different seat. We put a curated senior group into a conversation they wanted to be part of, on a topic they cared about, then converted. It is the identical play we would run with plant managers, operations heads and digital leaders across your three markets.

In the room: peers across consumer brands, platforms and agencies.

One lunch, 9 senior leaders in the room, and a funnel that actually moved: 70% into 1-on-1 meetings, 40% of those into CRM opportunities. We've proven this model across clients, industries, geographies and ICPs, and it's how we'd open the three markets for Archimetis.

Your buyers: plant and digital leaders in chemicals, refining, mining and pharma.

Two groups. Ops leadership owns the margin and uptime problem and sponsors the pilot. Digital and IT leadership runs pilot selection and signs off on data access. We count people by where they sit, at companies with 1,001+ employees.

This is the plant and digital leadership that decides on operational AI across your three countries. We don't spray and pray. We work it in sequence, senior first, account by account.

Methodology. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, October 2026. Industry = Chemical Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Mining, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing. Company size = 1,001+ employees. Current job title matches the lists above, counted by where the person is based. All counts are exact Sales Navigator results. "Mining" is LinkedIn's closest category to metals, so steel and aluminium plants are only partly covered. Titles are matched as written on profiles, so some buyers with unusual titles are missed, and the two groups may overlap slightly. Named, de-duplicated target lists per market are built at kickoff.

Sequence. Singapore first: 553 buyers and four major events in the next six weeks. Then Malaysia (463) and Indonesia (706, the deepest pool). Every market is worked senior-first, account by account.

Where we'd start, and how fast.

About 1,720 plant and digital leaders across three markets. Here is the sequence, and the events that multiply it.

How we'd phase it across 12 months

Phase 1 (0-3 months): Singapore. Four events land in the next six weeks; the first events and meetings are built around them.

Phase 2 (3-6 months): Malaysia. Standalone events in Kuala Lumpur, the same format as our Serious Fluence KL lunch.

Phase 3 (6-12 months): Indonesia, around IPA Convex and Chemical Indonesia, then OGA in Kuala Lumpur in September.

Within each phase, the motion:

  1. Find the right peopleBuild the named list from the ICP: the plant and digital leaders worth a room.
  2. Reach out like a peerReal messages from a chemical engineer to the few who matter. No sequence tool.
  3. Convene the right peopleSmall, senior, co-hosted sessions on real operating tradeoffs, in the city and week they are already travelling.
  4. Earn the 1-on-1Every event converts into named 1-on-1s, and we sit in every meeting that matters.
  5. Guide product developmentFeed real-world input from real buyers in the region back to Archimetis, steering the product toward product-market fit.
  6. Convert to a pilotEach qualified 1-on-1 aims at Archimetis's one-week proof of concept, then the $40k one-month pilot.
  7. Live trackingDashboards on activity, conversion and deal progression in your CRM.
  8. Weekly updatesA standing weekly check-in to walk the numbers and agree next moves.

The events we use to multiply impact

We don't have to buy booths. An event gives us three things: a guest list, a reason for senior people to be in one city, and a natural moment for a private dinner.

Move now and ADS week is the first move. ITAP, SIEW and ADS all land before a normal kickoff. Malaysia has no major event until September 2027, so we run standalone events in Kuala Lumpur.

Default sliders reflect our working estimate over 12 months: 12 events × 8 leaders is about 96 reached, 80% to a real 1-on-1 (77), 40% of those to a sales opportunity (31), 10% of those to a paid pilot (3), 50% of pilots to a two-year contract (2). Pipeline is 31 opportunities at $200k a year, $6.2M. Pilot revenue is 3 × $40k. Contract value is 2 × $200k × 2 years. Return is pilot revenue plus contract value over the $96k first-year fee (12 × $8k). Archimetis's one-week proof of concept is the on-ramp to the paid pilot. Move the sliders to your own numbers.

What we'd need from you.

We can get into a lot more detail from here, but four questions first.

  1. Do the projected outcomes align with your targets?
  2. Which plants and accounts in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia matter most?
  3. How big a priority is Southeast Asia for Archimetis this year?
  4. What budget can you allocate to achieve these outcomes?
